Greg McCunn, BASc, MBA, P.Eng, Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. McCunn has 25 years' experience in finance, operations, project engineering, project construction and corporate development. Prior to joining Alio Gold he served 6 years as the CFO for Asanko Gold and four years as the CFO for Farallon Mining. During his tenure with Farallon the company financed, constructed and operated the G-9 mine in Guerrero, Mexico, which is proximal to Alio Gold’s Ana Paula project. Mr. McCunn’s background includes technical, operational and corporate development roles with Teck Resources, Placer Dome and junior mining companies in Canada and Australia. He is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Colette Rustad, CPA, CA, Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President

Ms. Rustad has over 20 years' experience as an international finance professional in the mining, resource and finance industries. Prior to joining Alio Gold, she held several positions with Goldcorp over a 10-year span that included Senior VP, Controller and Treasurer. Previously, Ms. Rustad held several senior roles with Placer Dome/Barrick Gold including CFO, Africa, where she oversaw the commercial, financial, tax and legal operations for the company’s $1 billion and $250 million investments in South Africa and Tanzania, respectively. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and was a Senior Tax Manager and Senior Audit Manager with Ernst & Young in Toronto.

Doug Jones, BSc, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Jones brings over 30 years experience in US and international precious and base metal mining projects, operations, and engineering, including more than 15 years in the gold space. Previously he was the Chief Operating Officer for Rye Patch Gold prior to its acquisition by Alio Gold in May 2018. Prior to joining Rye Patch, he served as Senior Vice-President for Eldorado Gold, managing gold and base metal operations in Asia and Europe. He was the general manager for Kinross Gold in Washington and for Stillwater Mining in Montana. He also consulted for mining operations in South America, Asia and Europe. Mr. Jones spent ten years working in Nevada with Newmont on the Carlin Trend in various projects and operations. He is a Mining Engineer from Colorado School of Mines, a professional member of SME and a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101.

Paul Hosford, BSc, PEng, Vice President, Project Development

Mr. Hosford has over 30 years' experience in metallurgy, operations, commissioning and project development. Prior to joining Alio Gold, he was Project Director for New Gold's Rainy River project, responsible for the EPCM, tender and award of all major contracts, project controls, permitting and construction. Previously, he was Project Manager of the Mount Milligan mine development for Thompson Creek Mines, responsible for the detailed engineering, procurement, contracts and construction support. Mr. Hosford also worked for Barrick as Manager Process Development, leading process development at the Goldstrike mine and at Hatch as Project Manager, responsible for numerous development projects and feasibility studies. He is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.

Jason Gregg, BBA, MBA, Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Mr. Gregg has over 20 years’ experience as a human resource professional. He successfully integrated Newmarket Gold and Crocodile Gold into a single highly functioning organization as the VP of Human Resources & Environment prior to the merger between Newmarket Gold and Kirkland Lake Gold. Prior to joining Newmarket Gold, Mr. Gregg provided human resources consulting services to organizations within the mining, forestry and technology industries. Previously, he worked as a human resources executive with Farallon Mining and Nyrstar and has held senior level human resource roles with HDI, International Forest Products, Canadian Forest Products and Teck. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Miguel Bonilla, Country Manager Mexico

Miguel Bonilla is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive audit, accounting, consulting and internal control experience in the mining industry and other sectors. He joined Alio Gold (formerly Timmins Gold) as Controller in 2005 and was appointed VP Finance, Mexico in 2009 and Country Manager, Mexico in 2017. He has been involved in all the Company’s financial activities since its incorporation and has participated in the operations, regulations and legal activities. Previously, Mr. Bonilla was the audit manager for Moore Stephens’ Sonora office and worked as an independent financial management consultant for companies in the mining sector.

Lynette Gould, BBA, CFA, Vice President, Investor Relations

Ms. Gould has over 20 years experience in investor relations and finance roles. Prior to joining Alio Gold, she was the Director of Investor Relations at Goldcorp, where she played a critical role in positioning Goldcorp’s new business strategy under its new leadership. Over her eight years with Goldcorp, she helped build a robust IR strategy and developed deep relationships within the investment community. Previously, she worked in financial roles at Angiotech Pharmaceuticals and GrowthWorks Capital. Lynette holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has a Bachelor of Business degree. She is also a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI).

Markus Felderer, B. Ap. Sc., MBA, CFA, Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Felderer has over 20 years within the metals and mining sector. Prior to joining Alio Gold, he was Managing Director, Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity Corp., where he led a significant M&A and equity business focused solely on the mining sector. Previously, he created and led HSBC's Metals & Mining Advisory/M&A business in the Americas providing clients, from global majors to Canadian juniors, with comprehensive financial and strategic analyses and advice. Mr. Felderer also worked at Teck Cominco in business development where he conducted evaluations of mining projects and companies. Markus holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has an MBA and a Bachelor of Applied Science, Mining and Mineral Process Engineering.
